Ty Paul

Ty has an enthusiastic and knowledgable approach to training that brings out the best in his clients. He uses over 8 years of knowledge and experience to ensure results are achieved.

Ty is currently the manager of Coral Health & Fitness club and is the highest qualified Personal Trainer in Brighton.
He holds the Level 4 Personal Trainer qualification along with 20 other fitness qualifications.

Ty has worked with Heart FM’s breakfast show for the last 3 years, completed the first Brighton marathon 2010 and has worked with a few local celebrities.
He also teaches Tabata, circuit training and boxing to Brighton College, Hove Park and Blatchington Mill School.

Aaron Bowley

Aaron joined Ty Paul Personal Training late 2014 and has been in the fitness industry since 2011. He currently works as a Fitness Instructor and teaches Tabata classes at Coral Health & Fitness club. Throughout pregnancy women should be encouraged to participate in aerobic and strength-conditioning exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle. Ty understands that each trimester brings many physiological and biomechanical changes and challenges for mother and child. He will work closely with you every step of the way, adapting and ensuring effective and safe training throughout your pregnancy. Ty understands the needs and challenges of being a new mum, and will work with you to get your pre baby body back so you’ll feel energised and confident. We all know that if mum’s happy, baby’s happy!



Bootcamp-style training in a group of your choice. A fun and cost effective way to tone up, increase your energy levels, improve your metabolism and burn fat. With Ty’s Bootcamp - the benefits are endless - everyone gets a hard workout as well as gaining valuable time with their friends. A non military-style Bootcamp, Ty will tailor it to how you want it... Whether it’s legs, bums and tums, or more of a boxercise session, it’s up to you! Kettlebell, circuit, bootcamp, TRX, ABS only, legs bums & tums, HIIT, sports conditioning training are all available (Min 5 people per group £10 each).



The most fun and effective way to increase your fitness and burn calories whilst exploring your local area! It can be hard to drag yourself out for a run, but Ty will motivate you to do this and you never know, you may start enjoying it! Ty will be beside you every step of the way, helping you to improve your form, endurance and speed. Get yourself in optimum shape for events such as the Brighton Marathon of Brighton Half Marathon. Or even work on your shorter distances and achieve a 5k or 10k or even a Spartan race.

Ty is fully qualified in both of these revolutionary training methods and combines them to create an effective fantastic workout that gets results - fast. Not only are TRX and kettlebells used for military personnel and elite athletes, they can be used for beginners looking to mix up their traiing routine to gain amazing results. Escape from your isolation exercises and try compound kettlebell exercises. Improve strength, mobility, balance, sculpt muscles and blast fat all from one workout!

Start the season sharper than ever before! Ty is a fully qualified football coach and has connections with local soccer schools as well as Brighton & Hove Albion FC. With European experience playing for Haka in Finland and representing Brighton and Sussex at junior levels, Ty will help you improve your pre-season fitness in time for the new season. Not only does Ty work with adults, but he also helps develop young talent.

While Ty is not trying to pass off as a doctor, he can help to overcome any sports injury or health related issues you may have. He is qualified in Level 4 lower back pain, and holds the GP referral qualification allowing him to work in conjunction with doctors. Ty also has experience helping people with rotator cuff problems, back issues, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes mellitus, stress & anxiety, depression, joint replacement, hypertension, COPD, asthma and obesity. If you’re looking for help with any of these health related issues then you’ve come to the right place!

Eat Clean Train Dirty

To achieve results you have to take your diet into consideration. Ty advises dietary changes to maximise reaching your fitness goals. If you would like him to advise you on what or what not to eat, you’ll need to complete a weekly food diary which will be issued in your personal training folder. As part of your initial consultation, Ty will discuss your diet and suggest the most beneficial and effective solution for you. With diligent planning and implementation Ty will do everything within his power to help you achieve your goals!

Train Outdoors

Forget the treadmill - train in natural surroundings. Ty offers fun, exciting sessions at various locations including your local park, Devils Dyke the seafront. Breathe in the fresh sea air, and even get a tan (in summer) while boxing on the beach. He will provide equipment such as kettlebells, TRX, Vipr, dumbbells, boxing gloves etc and uses cutting edge training techniques to ensure you’ll achieve the best results!

Train at Home

Busy schedule - no time for the gym? Ty offers the convenience of personal training in the comfort of your own home. He creates bespoke training sessions using a variety of equipment. Ty will show you how to make the most out of your space at home, regardless of how big or small.

Train at the Gym

Exercising outside too daunting? Train with Ty at Coral Health & Fitness Club (where he is also the manager). Ty offers functional 1 to 1 weights and cardio-based sessions. You don’t need to be a member to train with Ty at Coral Health & Fitness Club. For more details, visit:

Train in a Private Studio

Prefer more privacy? This studio is accessible for anyone wishing to train in a more private environment, and is fully equipped with brand new equipment including treadmills, crosstrainers, multigym, upright bike, water-based rowing machine, chest press, leg press and dumbbells ranging from 2kg-20kg.
