I was lucky enough to have Yves Bissouma come into see me for pre season fitness 2022. We worked on mainly cardiovascular fitness with the aim to return him to Brighton & Hove Albion football club in the best shape possible.

This season has been a great season for Biss earning deserved interest from the top 6 clubs in the FA Premier League. He always works hard and this was noticed by the fact he was awarded Brighton Fan's Footballer of the Year award.

I’m looking forward to helping Yves in the coming pre season and can’t wait to see him cement himself as one of the Premier Leagues best midfielders. The 50 million pound man has a massive future ahead of him.

With the Champions League now a reality and no longer a dream for Yves due to his current move to Tottenham Hotspur. We will be working extra hard this year.
